Digital printing is akin to using an inkjet printer but on fabric. It allows us to apply your design directly onto the garment. Once cured, the print is durable; however, it requires a bit more care during laundry and isn't as robust as traditional screen printing. This method is perfect for intricate designs with multiple colours and is available exclusively on 100% cotton fabric.​

Spotted a square outline around your print? That's the residue from the pre-treatment solution we apply to garments, especially when printing on dark apparel. This solution acts as a bonding agent for the white ink. A simple wash, following our care instructions, will clear it up.​

Unfortunately, no. We print exactly what you upload, pixel for pixel. If the image was low-res, it’ll show. That’s why we’ve got an image quality slider when you upload your design—so you can check before hitting that final approval. Once you give the green light, it’s off to print—automatically.

If we’ve sent the wrong colour, absolutely—we’ll sort that and send you the right one. But if the colour matches your order, we can’t take it back. Custom shirts are made just for you, and colours can appear slightly different on different screens. So double-check your choice before confirming!

If we sent the wrong size, no dramas—we’ll fix it and get you the right fit. But if the size matches your order, we can’t remake it. Since each shirt is printed to order, we rely on you to pick your size carefully. Not sure what to choose? Our sizing guide on the website’s got your back.
